Our Mission
To leverage the transformative power of the outdoors as a catalyst for personal growth, healing, and connection for youth and young adults facing life’s challenges.
Since 2016, the organization has served over 1000 youth, 95% of whom identify as a person of color, through its partnerships with Denver Public Schools and nearby Charter networks.
The Medicine of the Mountains
Colorado Treks provides outdoor adventures and Healing Modality programs led by people who reflect the community they serve, and school programming centered around culturally-responsive, standards aligned outdoor and eco-justice education curriculum
